Neubert Franz Neuca Prototype
The Neubert Franz Neuca Prototype is a German-made camera attributed to Neubert Franz. As a prototype, it was produced in extremely limited numbers rather than offered as a regular catalogued model, which places it firmly in the collector-only segment of the market.
Auction evidence for the Neuca Prototype is thin: a single recorded UK saleroom hammer result of £4,600 from November 2007 sets the only documented benchmark for what one of these sells for today. With just one data point, the price a Neuca Prototype is worth in 2026 will depend heavily on provenance, completeness and the specific bidders in the room on the day, and a fresh appearance could easily move the value in either direction.
Sales History
Prices shown are UK auction hammer results — the wholesale level achieved in the saleroom. Neither buyer’s nor seller’s commission is included. Dealer and retail asking prices are typically higher.
