Ernemann Ernette
The Ernemann Ernette is an early 20th-century plate camera made by the Dresden manufacturer Ernemann, sold in the years before Ernemann was absorbed into Zeiss Ikon in 1926. It was a folding plate camera aimed at amateur photographers of its period.
Sales data for the Ernette is extremely thin: a single UK auction hammer result on file, from November 2003, sold for £287. With only one wholesale-level saleroom data point and no recent activity, it is not possible to give a meaningful current-year price range or median, and any value today would depend heavily on condition, completeness and originality.
Sales History
Prices shown are UK auction hammer results — the wholesale level achieved in the saleroom. Neither buyer’s nor seller’s commission is included. Dealer and retail asking prices are typically higher.
